Limited Edition Prints

FAQ & Terms

  • What is the cost of UK delivery for prints?

Delivery is free for orders within the UK. Limited edition prints are sent via Royal Mail Parcel - Signed for First Class. To limit any potential for non-receipt of your package, please use a delivery address where you know yourself or a trusted person will be available to sign for your delivery. Further to an order, you will receive tracking info directly from Royal Mail.

  • Do you deliver outside the UK?

Whilst the online store is currently set for UK based delivery, I am very happy to deliver to countries outside the UK as interest arises. If you are interested in buying a limited edition print please email me, letting me know your delivery country, alongside the name and size of the limited edition print you are interested in. I will reply to your email directly to let you know the UPS shipping cost*, with no obligation to buy. At this point I’ll also add your country and the shipping costs to the online store, should you wish to proceed to purchase a print now or in the future.

*Please note that EU & International orders are subject to additional customs charges which international customers are responsible for paying.

  • Timescales of an order?

For UK customers, whilst your order will be handled efficiently, please allow up to 14 days for my process detailed below. Tracking information will be provided by Royal Mail. For international customers, delivery times may range from 2-4 weeks, dependent upon your location. Tracking information will be provided by UPS. Once a print has been collected by the carrier, I cannot be held responsible for any postal delays beyond my control.

The order process: each individual print from a limited edition is printed to order upon my request by my professional fine art printing company, who operate Mon-Fri ~ I have selected this company with great care for their giclée printing practices, materials and beautiful results, which accentuate the qualities inherent in black and white traditional film photography. The print is then sent promptly to myself to proof, number and sign. I then carefully package your print and arrange delivery to you.

  • Can I order a bespoke/larger sized print?

I currently offer limited edition prints in two sizes, which as a rough guide are around A3 and A2 sizes - please click the drop down menu next to the print you are interested in for precise measurements. If you are interested in an extra large print, for example around A1 size, please get in touch to discuss your requirements; a very small edition for an extra large size may be produced.

  • Are the prints framed?

Reindeer Moss Photography is run solely by myself as a photography practitioner and I do not currently offer a framing service, your package will contain only your limited edition print. Please refer to How should I care for my print? below for helpful advice on framing your print.

  • Do you accept returns?

I hope that you are very happy with your print, but if you are unhappy for any reason please contact me in the first instance. Returns are permitted if the print is undamaged, with no evidence of the printed surface having been touched and is returned in the original packaging. If returning a print, please note that you are required to pay the cost of the return postage.

  • What is your sustainability policy?

Whilst any form of producing material goods uses resources and produces waste, I take care with the practices and processes I use to minimise this. Click the about page to find out more about the ways I try to help protect the environment. Whilst I strive to use recyclable materials, this may be affected by global shortages and supply issues beyond my control. If this is ever the case, the least harmful alternatives will be used until sustainable items become available.

  • How should I care for my print?

As any artwork is affected over time by exposure to dirt particles, moisture and light, I would advise using a professional framer to keep your print in optimum condition. Professional framers use acid-free and archival quality mounts, mats or spacers and glazing, alongside framing techniques to protect and allow your print to ‘breathe’. If choosing to frame the prints yourself, there is lots of helpful advice on the internet. In both cases, keep your print in the original protective packaging until ready to frame and try to avoid touching the surface of the print. When hanging your framed print, avoid positioning in direct sunlight as UV rays will naturally fade any artwork overtime.

  • Do you sell your prints on any other online stores?

My Limited Edition Prints are only available directly from my website and are not available on any other online marketplace platforms.
